Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system based on the shipping address.
Our Couriers
The items for sale on www.retrogamestation.it are generally sent via the Sda and FedEx/Tnt service. As soon as your package has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow the shipment at any time.
Delivery times
The couriers and postal shipping services used by www.retrogamestation.it reach the Islands and Calabria in 48 working hours and the rest of Italy in just 24 hours from the time of collection at our headquarters.
Remember that the products on sale on www.retrogamestation.it, if made to order, have processing times of approximately 2/3 working days.
ATTENTION: in periods of high activity, such as the weeks preceding Christmas, it is always good to keep in mind that all couriers can no longer guarantee delivery within 24 working hours and therefore it will be a good idea to order the desired item well in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises!
What happens if the Courier does not deliver to you find
If the courier passes by the indicated address without finding anyone, a notice of failed delivery will be left. The courier will re-attempt delivery the following day, possibly also by calling in advance the number left by you available at the time of payment. If in this second case too, no one is found at the specified address, from the 3rd day the package will be available for collection at the nearest POST OFFICE for 10 working days. OTHER COURIERS - If the courier passes by the indicated address without finding anyone, a notice of failed delivery will be left. The courier will re-attempt delivery the following day. If in this case too, no one is found at the specified address, within 3 days the package will be available for collection at the nearest courier distribution center.
Damage to material during shipment by Courier
In the event of damage during shipment, it is mandatory not to collect the goods from the courier if the damage is visible. If the damage is identified once the package has been opened, it is necessary to take photos of the damaged goods and send this evidence promptly to the customer service at info@retrogamestation.it. At that point the customer has the right to receive a refund or re-sending the goods at his/her preference.
Failure to deliver due to address errors
The checkout system of www.retrogamestation.it guarantees the Customer the insertion of complete and correct address data in a simple and effective way. The Customer is responsible for any errors in filling in the address at this stage.
Failure to collect by the Customer
In the event of failure to collect by the Customer within the deadline established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Seller. In the case of Customized or Made to Order products, the customer cannot be refunded and an attempt will be made to make a new shipment with shipping costs paid by the Customer.
Any delays in delivery
Any delays in delivery by the carrier cannot be held responsible by www.retrogamestation.it. We cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to causes of force majeure, such as - by way of example, strikes, measures by the Public Authority, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, inundations and damage to industrial machinery. The Customer will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind, without prejudice to the right to a refund where possible.
