What do I need to do to get a refund?

We are sorry if something went wrong with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to help us understand what happened and find a solution to the problem. Send an email immediately to info@retrogamestation.it attaching one or more photographs of the items you received, explaining why they do not correspond to what you requested.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to have a refund for a product that was tailor-made for you or personalized as per your instructions, unless it is an obvious negligence, lack, error or oversight on our part. If your instructions were not followed or if you did not receive what you ordered, on shop.logotec.it you are covered with a full refund. Alternatively, you can request that the order be redone correctly: you will only have to wait the time necessary for it to be redone. If you have ordered a product that was not made to measure for you, you have 14 days to send us the package from the moment you received it. On shop.logotec.it the return is free: contact us, we will send our courier to collect the package at our expense. Once we have verified that the product is intact, within 14 days we will credit the refund to the payment method used to make the initial payment.

The item ordered has arrived but it is broken! What should I do?

We are dismayed that your order did not arrive intact! Contact us immediately by writing to info@retrogamestation.it attaching one or more photos that demonstrate the breakage of the items. Remember that no more than 1 hour should pass from the delivery of the goods to sending the photo to our customer service.
